said today.

the 26th international summer

held by Medford chapter, Wom
en of the Moose, Sunday, June
25, at 2 p. m., at Moose hall. The
public is invited to attend.
Mrs. Wayne Dye, graduate re
gent, will be Installing regent
and Mrs. Claire Elridge will take
office as regent.
The installation ceremonies
will be followed by a potluck
supper.
Practice for the installation
will be held Friday at 7 p. m. at
the hall. The rehearsal will be
followed by a potluck supper.
Plans for the installation were
made at a meeting of the chap
ter Monday night. Membership
night was also observed. Mrs.
Harry Long being membership
chairman of the order.
Fred Divisek entertained with
a half hour of accordion music.
Refreshments were served, the
committee in charge being Mrs.
Haleigh Wyatt and Mrs. Paul
Coats.
It is announced that the au
diting committee of the chapter
will meet in July at the home
of Mrs. Dye in Ashland. Mem
bers of tha committee are Mrs.
Dye, Mrs. Long and Mrs. Erie
de Place.

Visits Relatives Here
Mr. and Mrs. L. L. Nelson of
Lincoln, Neb., are in Medford as
guests of Mrs. Nelson's brother.
Max Wimer, and his family, and
Mrs. Nelson's sister, Mrs. Knut
son and her family.
Mr. Nelson is an instructor at
Union college in Lincoln. He
plans to attend the summer ses
sion at the University of Oregon.
The guests are remaining this
week and additional relatives
from Los Angeles are expected
to arrive.

meeting of Ruth Rebekah lodge,
members enjoyed a hobo par
ty in the yard of the hall. The
evening was spent singing old
time songs around the camp fire.

Mrs. Paul Winningham, Mrs. An
dy DeGraff and Mrs. Mildred
Miller.

their comic costumes.
Mrs. Everett Ravenor, noble
grand, was reported as improv
ing in health. She is expected to
return from Wheeler. Ore., in
time to attend the next meeting

class in the navy; Mrs. Hild's
mother, Mrs. Delilah Maxcey of
Pomona. Cal.; Mrs. Louise Whit
more, Alhambra, Cal., and Gary
Hawk, Medford.
Mrs. Maxcey Is spending the
summer with the Hilds and Mr.

leave before returning to his
