recused lor each county department of county government, county office and county officer, each county improvement of each

Sutu& for the improvement and maintenance of public highways, roads bridges, the construction, operation and maintenance of
each nubl utilitTand redemption of outstanding warrants, the estimate of public receipts of the county from sources other t h a n
direct taxation upon real and personal properly in the county during the period for which such tax is to be levied and an estimate of
