day leave after 43 months in the
South Pacific and is visiting nis

Arnold, Beall Lane. He will re
port back to the naval hospital
at Seattle upon expiration of the
leave. Arnold has been in the
navy since Dec. 15, 1941.

Boyer, who has been stationed
at Camp Roberts, Calif., spent
last week here as a visitor at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles
Boussom, 720 Welch street. He
left Saturday by plane for Spo
kane, Wash., where he will visit
his family, and from there will
go to Ft. Benning, Ga., where he
will enter officer candidate
school. Pvt. Boyer was a mem
ber of the 1943 graduation class
