Yes, Kampfer's Big "Y" Market al
utes a grand team the Black Tor
nado of Medford High! With a total
of 484 points piled up against only
27 for its 10 opponents, the Tigers
take a place in history as one of the
finest squads ever to wear the Red
and Black. This hard-fighting, clean
playing outfit has reflected real glory
on its school and community!
The people of this community are
proud of the Medford High 1945
team for its grand record.. We're
prouder still of the fine brand of good
sportsmanship displayed by the en
tire team in the 10 games played.
We heartily congratulate Coaches
Simpson, Bowerman and Kirtley and
every member of the team upon Med
ford High's scoring power and clean
playing throughout the season.
