The four-power war crimes
tribunal today postponed pros
ecution of charges against the
aged and ailing Gustav Krupp,
but deferred a decision as to
whether his son, Alfred, would
be tried instead.
The probability of delay in
the Nuernberg trials, possibly
until Jan. 2, was strengthened
by the decision not to try Gus
tav Krupp now.
