the purchase price, refunded or

damages, according to conditions
of sale. The right to reject any
and all bids is reserved. Before

tion concerning the timber, the
conditions of sale and submis
sion of bids should be obtained
from the Regional Forester,
Portland, Oregon, or the Forest
Supervisor, Medford, Oregon.
