the undersigned Guardian of tha
estate of the above named In
competent, under and pursuant
to an Order of the Hon. J. B.
Coleman, Judge of the above
entitled Court, duly made and
entered on the 29th day of May,
1945, will offer for sale at pri
vate sale to the highest and best
bidder for cash, the following
described real property In Jack
son County, Oregon, to-wit:
An Undivided One Half In
terest in and to that portion of
that certain 63 acre tract of
land In Section 9, Township 37
South of Range 1 West ot the
W. M. lying East of the County
Road as now laid out, establish
ed and used across said tract,
as said tract is described in that
certain Mortgage appearing of
record In Vol. 44 at Page 131,
Mortgage Records of Jackson
County, Oregon, to which
Record reference Is hereby
made for a more particular de
scription ot sam 03 acres; the
portion of said land herein
sought to be conveyed contain
ing 4.S acres, more or less.
Sealed bids for the purchase
of said property will be re
ceived by the undersigned Guar
dian, at the office of F. J. New
man, Attorney for said Guard
ian, In the Craterian Building,
in Medford, Oregon, up to 12
o'clock noon on or before the
2nd day of July, 1943. 10 of
the bid must accompany each
bid made, the balance bid to ba
paid in cash upon notice of tha
acceptance of such bid. Sale to
be made subject to the confirma
tion of said Court, and privilege
retained to accept or reject any
bid made.
