One cup of Codfish cut Into small
pieces and soak for six hours.
Two cups of cool boiled potatoes,
diced. (Mix the codfish before
cooked) with the potatoes in
saucepan. Cover the mixture with
cream and cook very slowly for
30 minutes, until cream thickens.
Spice to taste.

(never boil codfish). Boil one and
half pounds of potatoes; mash
potatoes and cream them' chop
codfish. Mix equal part of cod
