Of Court Appeal
Washington, April 3 (U.B
The supreme court today dis
missed a joint appeal of 15 mem
bers of the Mormon fundamen
talist sect who were convicted In
Utah for Indulging In plural
marriage.
Salt Lake City, April 3 U.R)
Leaders of Utah's polygmy sect
today expressed little emotion
at the action of the United States

Joseph W. Musser, 71-year-old
patriarch of the fundamentalist
sect said. "My father put time In
for the same thing and I guess I
can."
The supreme court action
seemed to forecast the first mass
imprisonment arising out of
year and a half of prosecutions
of the sect by Utah and the fed
eral government. More than 50
convictions are still pending.
