say we should salt everything, even
our drinking water, or whether you
say we take too much salt and should
reduce our use of salt for salting
foods.

diment or addition to food in cooking
or at table. Foods such as meat. milk,
fish, eggs naturally contain enough
salt for the body's needs. In very hot
weather or when one Is sweating
much. It la wise to take a good big
pinch of salt with every drink of

sun stroke, to precent heat cramps.
