Memory takes us back to when they were so small and how proud we were
of their little antics. Then came school and our looking forward to their
happiness in the pursuit of knowledge; our glow of satisfaction when they
finally decided their future vocation. And then came the war, and our plan
ning may be for naught
There will be more telegrams more of the kind that brings the war
closer to Lome unless we do something to make them fewer something to
end the wcr sooner.
