Handsome Errol Flynn today en
countered a week's delay in his
efforts to sidestep a paternity
suit brought against him by
Stately Shirley Hassau.
Judge John Gee Clark post
poned until October 28 a hear
ing on Flynnls demurrer which
asserted Mrs. Hassau had failed
to establish any connection be
tween him and her three-year-
old daughter.
Attorneys for Mrs. Hassau will
appear in court to seek a similar
week's postponement of their
client's petition ordering Flynn
to show cause why he should
not temporarily support Mrs,
Hassau and her daughter.
Flynn's demurrer said Mrs.
Hassau's complaint made no
case at all.
