herein, in or to said real proper
ty herein described, or any part
thereof, be adjudged and declar
ed to be null and void; that the
plaintiffs herein be decreed to
be the owners, in fee simple, of
said real property, free and clear
of any right or claim whatso
ever on the part of said defen
dants, or any of them.

all persons claiming, or to claim,

any of them, be forever en
joined, restrained and barred
