Patrick Knowles and Eugene
Pallettte have supporting roles
with Ralph Bellamy and Queen
ie Vassar, a newcomer who is
sure to be heard from again, ac
cording to advance reports from
other points.
Knowles plays a sane young
man who is in love with Miss
Dunne and follows her to Ari
zona, much to the dismay of the
local yokels. Ralph Bellamy is
said to have hn finest role as a
definitely slaphappy cowboy
who is also in love with Irene.
It all starts when Miss Dunne,
after she finds herself flat on
Wall Street, decides to go to
Arizona where she is sure her
old aunt, known in them parts
as "Cactus Kate", has a secret
gold mine hidden away on some
family property. Irene buys an
old rattle-trap Ford and sets out
for cactus country. The situation
that catches up with her and her
hectic past, make for one of the
funniest Irene Dunne comedies
since 'The Awful Truth".
