Train Schedule R. H. Holmes,
district freight and passenger
agent for Southern Pacific rail
way in this city, announced to
day that effective June 7 the
guaranteed bus southbound will
eave Medford at 8:20 p. m. and
arrive In Dunsmuir at 11:30
p. m. to connect with train No.
19. This train leaves Dunsmuir
at 11:45 p. m. and arrives in San
Francisco the following morning
at 9:30 o'clock. The northbound
train No. 20 will leave San Fran
cisco at present at 8:35 p. m,
arrive in Dunsmuir the following
morning at 7:10 o'clock, with im
mediate bus connection with

week in circuit court, seeks $17,
980 from J. B. Thomas and Nora
L. Thomas of Ashland, the Wat
son brothers, operators of the
City Cleaning and Dye Works,
and W. F. Oliver. It is one of
the numerous litigations filed
concerning the Pacific Record
Herald building on Sixth street.
The complaint asks $10,700
for withholding possession of the i
property, $6,280 for rentals and
property, $1,000 additional fees
and costs and disbursements of
the action.
The building was procured by
Thomas and others several years
ago through a tax foreclosure
sale.
The plaintiff Is represented by
