of the turbidity In the waters of

WHEREAS it is the duty of
the Rogue River Coordination
Board to regulate placer min
ing along the Rogue River and
its tributaries, with a view to
control or prevention of excess
turbidity in such waters, there
by providing favorable condi
tions for angling and game
fishing, and
WHEREAS, after due lnves-.
ligation and consideration the
Board finds that to obtain the
most satisfactory results It ap
pears advisable to make come
revisions of the Order in oper
ation during the period be
tween the 30th day of May,
1941. and the 15th day of No
vember, 1941:
THEREFORE, The Rogue
River Coordination Board does
hereby order that, except as
hereinafter provided, no per
son, firm or corporation shall,
between the 15th day of April,
1942. at midnight, and the 1st
day of November, 1942, oper
ate or assist in the operation of
any mine or mining operation
whereby water containing mud
or tailings Is discharged into
the Rogue River or any river,
creek or stream emptying into
said Rogue River, when the
turbidity of said river, creek
or stream at the point of con
fluence with said Rogue River,
is in excess of 1.000 ppm by
weieht of susoended matter:

the men -remodeled the stags

checking this fall. Farmers were
urged to remember what crops
were raised in one of their
larger fields during ths last two
or three years to help the farm
supervisor orient the map of
the entire farm.
