1 cup boiled rice)
4 teaspoon salt
1 tableepoon butter, melted
1 cup salmon
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon Juice
cup buttered crumos
a tablespoons milk
Mix rice with salt and melted but
ter. Place tn buttered baking dish.
Cover with rest of Ingredients. Bake
35 minutes In moderate oven (350).
Surround with 'creamed asparagus,
savory or egg sauce.
Apple Fruit salad
SS cup diced applea
I tablespoon lemon Juice
1 cups shredded cabbage
13 cup diced peaches or peers.
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Vb teaspoon salt
Vi cup salad dressing.
Chul Ingredients. Combine and
serve on crisp lettuce.

33 cup sugar
13 cup flour
t teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons lemon Juice
cup orange Juice
Vs cup apricot Juice
H teaspoon grated lemon rtnd
tb teaspoon grated orange rind
y4 teaspoon cloves
3 tablespoons butter
Pie crust
Mix apricots with sugar, flour and
alt. Add Juices, rinds and doves.
Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until
it thickens. Add butter, cool slightly
and pour Into unbaked pie crust. :
Criss-cross half-inch pastry strips 1
over top. Bake 10 minutes In a mod
erately hot oven 43S). Lower heat
and bake 30 minutes In moderate
oven (3&0).
