become hysterical. I sat with her,

crazy about it. after years spent
behind the grocery counter. He
says he can t fly high enough.
I'm keeping store and love it, I
should have been a career woman
in the beginning, but maybe mar

Aunt Car this morning. Isn't her
husband handsome? Much better
looking than his son. although
you won't like me to say that.
They are out at Belle Acre and
your aunt said that they would
be there for while until John
ny s plans were settled. So be a a

The house adopted resolution
today authorizing Rep. Fish (R.,
N. Y.) to appear and testify be
fore District of Columbia
federal grand jury investigating
foreign agents at any time the
house ia not in session.
The house acted without a
roll call vote after Chairman
Sumners CD., Tex.) filed a report
from the house judiciary com
mittee stating that a grand Jury
subpoena served on Fish vlolat
ed the rights and privileges of
the house but that in individual
eases those rights could be
waived.
There used to be a naval rat
ing of pigeon quartermaster for
the men in charge of the navy
homing pigeons.
