ceased, has filed his final account
as said executor in the County
Court of Jackson County. Ore
lion, and that said Court has
appointed Monday, the eighth
dav of December, 1841. at 11
o'clock in the forenoon of said
dav lor the hearing of objec
tions to said final account and
the settlement thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, all per
sons interested in the estate of
Mary E. Livengood, formerly
known as Mary E. Fuller, de
ceased, are hereby notified and
reci uired to appear at the Coun-

if any there be why said ac
