the referendum against the out
contended that the referendum
petitions which his organization
circulated were proper. The bill
automatically became law last
June 14 when the state supreme
court ruled that the ballot title
on the measure was Improper.

tive Allan G. Carson (R-Marion),
who sponsored the bill, filed a
Stltlon today contending that
