Verdict Wasn't
Trenton, N. J. VP) If Jury
verdict is sensible although a
Juror Is Insane, there Is no cause
for mistrial, Circuit Court Judge
William A. Smith believes. Six
days after a $10,000 verdict was
returned against an insurance
company, the Judge said, male
Juror was found "acting Ilk
wild man" and was placed in
hospital. 'This Juror may have
been craiy." Judge Smith de
clared, "but we cannot say that
of thi verdict"
