"New Moon" Scores
Hit With Audience
Craterian Showing
Reunited for the first time In
more than year, Jeanette Mac
Donald and Nelson Eddy scored
anew last night when their latest
musical romance, "New Moon
opened at the Craterian theater.
"New Moon" takes its place
along with the best of the films
to co-star these two singing fa
vorites. Packed with action, it
moves vividly from the romantic
New Orleans of I18O to a tropi
cal island where a strange
group of personages, cast on land
from a shipwrecked boat, set up
a republic.
The picture is particularly rich
In the Sigmund Romberg mu

favorites as "Lover Come Back
