Sunday of Mrs. Albert's slater, Mrs.

Shirley Hall of Oranl Pass, brother
of Mrs. Moore and Mrs. Alberts, who
had spent the week-end here.
Mrs. Ella Sutton and grandson Al

cation at McAllister Springs and oth

Throne home.
Mr. and Mrs. George Jacobs of the
Delta Motor Lodge have moved to
Portland where Mr. Jacobs has em

ELDERLY AUTOIST I
ASSESSED $5 FINE
ON CRASH PLAINT
Mike Motschenbacker, 79, of
Klamath Falls, was found guilty
of passing another auto without
sufficient clearance by a Justice
court Jury late yesterday. The
court imposed a fine of $5 and
costs.
The testimony showed that
the aged man attempted to pass
another car on the Crater Lake
highway, near the Junction with
the Gold Hill road, as the auto
bearing Mrs. Rita Muzzi, and
her sister-in-law Catherine Muz,
zi, both of Santa Clara, Cal
approached head on.
To avert a collision with the
Motschenbacker car, the Muzzi
car was guided off the road
and plunged into a ditch, over
turning three times before it
stopped, and injurying Cather
ine Muzzi, who wa In the hos
pital for a day.
Following the accident, the
testimony showed, Motschen
backer continued on his way
and his license number was ob
tained by another autoist, and
he returned to the accident
scene a short time later.
Motschenbacker is a Klamath
Falls merchant, and has been a
resident there for 31 years.
