horse fell and rollled over him. A
defective buckle on th harness
broke under the strain of a heavy

was uninjured and Jimmy escaped
with a bloody nose and a tew minor
scratches.

The baby was lying on a bed
In the apartment of a neighbor
Saturday when a skyrocket sent
up by two young boys outside
suddenly turned In Its flight and
zoomed Into the bedroom.
'I was bending over the bed
to pick up the baby," Mrs. Daisy
Earley, the neighbor, said,
"when the rocket shot into the
room. I don't know whether It
actually hit her or not. All I
could see was flames on her
right side and around her ear.
I beat out the flames with my
hands and a cloth."
Today, Yvonne tossed on
bed of pain In King County hos
pital, her little hands tied down
to keep her from tearing the
bandages off her seared flesh.
