proposals will be publicly opened and
read aloud at 9:00 o'clock A. M. at
said date and place. Bids received
after the time fixed for opening will
not be considered.

Oregon. Copies of these" documents
may be obtained upon application
to and the deposit of five dollars'
($5.00) per set with aald State High
way Commission. The deposit will be
refunded upon the return In good
condition of aald documents.

fications may be Inspected at the
office of the Associated General Con
tractors, in Portland, Oregon, Spo
kane, Washington, and Boise, Idaho.
No proposal will be considered un
less it Is submitted on ft form of
proposal furnished by .said State

Bidder's proposal must be accom
panied by certified check or a bid
der's bond In an amount not leas
than 5 of the total amount of the

No bidder may withdraw his bid
after the hour set for opening thereof
or before award of contract, unless
