trlct Judge J, R. Hendrlckson ruled
yesterday that it was not Illegal to
sell bigger and better walnut than
Indicated on the labels.
His decision freed Ssm Qreenbaum,
charged with violation of the stats
marketing act regulations governing
the sale of walnut by surpassing
the standards Indicated on the labels.
"The court has Inquired from peo
ple dealing In walnuts and find that
the consumer 1 In no wise preju
diced by receiving nut larger than
those specified," Judge Hendrlckson
said.

The tadlea club met e,t the school
house kitchen Oct. 30, with Mrs. J. L
Prink and Mrs. Crawford as host
esses. Plans were completed for the
tadlea apron, fancy work, and grab
bag booth at the carnival Oct. 36.
Delicious refreshments were served
at the close of the meeting.
The carnival commute held their
final meeting Thursday evening and
report all sideshows and booths to
be progressing nicely. The high
school boys will start construction
of their booths Monday and the
Grange will work Tuesday and
Wednesday. All Indications point to
the best carnival ever, so everyone
