lic a chance to see themselves on the
screen, many of the action scenes
of "Runnln' Wild" will be filmed In
the downtown district one week from
this coming Saturday, and plana are
now going forward with the Idea of
cresting a real "Movie Day" on that
date. Already many of the downtown
business people have expressed a de
sire to co-operate to make thla a big
day for the out-of-town shoppers by
offering exceptional values and mer
chandise specials for the day.
With volos tests to be made on
the stage of the Rlalto theatre Tues
day and Wednesday, October. 11 and
19, It Is expected a complete cast will
have been chosen and work on the
actual filming of the story will begin
Thursday.
Considering that this Is sn all lo
cal attraction and one which ahould
be of Interest to everyone, the pro
ducer Is extremely anxious to have
the co-operation of various musical
and dramatic organizations, as well
aa dance schools, to participate In
this picture and la taking thla op
portunity of publicly extending the
Invitation to dramatic, musical and
dancing organizations of this and the
urroundlng territory. While It is not
xpected to be a Hollywood produc
tion, with hundreds of actors, elec
tricians, technicians, etc., It la as
sured everyone will have an enjoy
able time during the making and a
lot of fun when it Is presented on
the screen.
