Walter H. Leverette, his employer,
and Jointly charged with the same
offense, entered a plea of guilty, but
withdrew It and entered a plea of not
guilty, after the court- had Imposed
the same fine on both. Upon motion
of the district attorney, the charge
against Leverette was dismissed.
The complaint charge dumping ol

trout floating below the pear dump,
and the odor was terrific.
Leverette, In changing his plea said
he had no idea the pears would pol

Spends Easy Night
R. A. Clark of Oak Grove, cut,
bruised and generally shaken up In
an auto accident at Fourth street
and Central avenue yesterday after
noon., was reported by Community
hospital attendants today as having
spent a fairly comfortable night. No
Internal Injuries have been discov
ered and Mr. Clark suffered no
broken bones, the hospital stated.
It was erroneously reported yester
day that the accident victim was
Lewis Clark, Mr. Clark's son.
