election, of the City of Medford,
Jackson County, Oregon, will be held
at the following place therein, to
wit:

Southwest Corner of Main and
Bartlett Streets.
SECOND WARD
Jackson County Court House.
THIRD WARD
Flchtner's Garage.
FOURTH WARD
City Halt.
On the 31st day of August, 1938,
between the hours of 1 o'clock p. m.
and 8 o'clock p. m. to submit to
the legal votera of the City of Med
ford the question of Issuing bonds
oi tna city or Medrord in the max
Imum amount of $73,500.00 for the
purpose of providing funds for the
reconstruction of the paved streets
of the City of Medford, to be payable
from ad valorem taxes wnicn mny
be levied without limit as to rate
and amount upon all the taxable
property within the territorial limits
of the City of Medford, Jackson
County, Oregon.
The vote will b by ballot upon
which will be the words "BONDS
YES" and "BONDS NO" and the
voter shall place an "X" between the
word "BONDS" and the word "YES "
or between the word "BONDS" and
the word "NO" which Indicates his
choice.
Polls for the reception of the bal
lots cast for or against the measure
will on said day and data and at
the places aforesaid be opened at
the hour of 1 o'clock p. m. and
remain open until the hour of 8
o'clock p. m. of the same day when
the same shall bo closed.
