620 South Holly street, co-owner of
the M.-M. department store, was con
fined today In Sacred Heart hospital
where he was receiving treatment for
a blood clot In the left leg. The
trouble started while Mr. Adair was
attending market week In San Fran
cisco. He was taken to tho hospital
yesterday following his return to
Medford.
Warner Improves Community
hospital attendants reported today
that Gordon 0. Warner, confined
there with a fractured skull resulting
from an auto accident early Monday,
continued to show slight improve
ment. He Is conscious and much of
the time la asleep and resting com
fortably, attendants said. Ihe 25-year-old
local man was Injured when
his machine crashed Into a concrete
bridge abutment on the Pacific high
way three miles north of Grid Hill.
