the Associated Press election bureau
was within 123 votes of the correc!
total for Gov. Martin and within 167
votes of that for Henry L. Hess In
counting the major race that for the
Democratic gubernatorial nomination.
The last total made by the press
association's election bureau was 50
623 for Hess, for whom the official
total was 60.630, and 63.810 for Uu.
