14 teaspoon salt
t4 teaspoon paprika,

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons fat
Mix rice with yolks and seasonings.
Shape Into oakea about one Inch
thick. Roll In flour and brown In
fat melted In a frying pan. Serve
hot, surrounded with hard-cooked
egg allocs which have been added to
a savory cream sauce. Garnish with
parsley.
Fresh Vegetable Salad
1 cup sliced tomatoes
K eup diced cooked asparagus
oup diced cooked carrots
14 cup sliced radishes
M cup sliced green peppers
(options!)
8 tablespoons sliced onions
14 tesspoon aalt
1-S cup French dressing
16 cup cress
Mix and chill Ingredients. Stir
several times and serve In a bowl.
Orange Cream Pie
1 baked pie crust
J-S cup granulated sugar
1-s. cup flour
1, teaspoon salt
1 oup orange Jules
cup lemon Juice
14 cup water
3 eggs
3 tablespoons butter
1-3 teaspoon grsted orange rind
14 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 cup whipped cresm
Blend sugar with flour and sslt.
Add Juices and water. Add eggs and
cook until thick snd creamy In
double boiler. Add butter and rinds
Pour Into crust. Cool. Top with
cream and serve.

former seating 400 and playing floor

size. Also there will be three class
rooms and a shop room and a 40 by
38-foot basement. The building will
be steam hested by blower units
from the main building. There win
be a large atsge in the auditorium
and boys snd girls dressing rooms
snd showers in the basement. Inter
ior will be plastered.
