Rostel Writes The annual vacation
edition of the Estes Park Trail of
April 31 contained three articles by
Ernest A. Rostel. former publicist for
Crater Lake national park who now

tice of the Peace William P.. Cole
man Monday. It was the second
time the state law has been invoked
against hitch -hi king. The arresting
officer told the court Wiltshire was
persistent In his "thumbing" and
Ignored a warning to mov on.
James R. Trotter, charged with
overloading a truck, telegraphed the
court he entered a plea of guilty, and
was fined 111 and costs. Trotter for

paid a previous fine for not possess
ing a PUO permit.
