Net Income for the first quarter
was equal to 63 per cent of the quar
terly dividend requirement on the
two ntaaaes of the preferred stock.
The dividend! were 11.78 on the 7
per cent preferred and 36 'cents on
the 6 per oent preferred, both pay
able July 1 to holders of record
