story which,1 appropriately enough,
deals with a radio singer of Kenny'
own type. The firm was adapted from
a story "The Great Crooner" by Clar

serial in a national weekly, and then
was a best-seller In book form.
The young crooner has a meaty
role as a small-town electrician who

eration. It la said by those who have
seen the previews, that Baker makea

ing new screen character.

class comedy cast for his movie de
but. The always delightful Alice Brady

sues him with matrimony In mind.
Frank McHugh Is his audacious and
somewhat nutty press agent. Gertrude
