Saturday afternoon at the homo of
the bride's mother on Valley View
Drive. The Rev. Sherman L. Divine
of the Pint Presbyterian church read
the service at five o'clock before an
lmprovlaed altar banked with green

pompoms. The chrysanth e m u m s
hung from the top of the altar and
white ribbon streamers rsn from
. them and the huge baskets of the
same flowers to the tall gold can
delabra which were lighted with
white tapers, giving a lovely chapel
effect. -
- -: The bride was given In marriage
by Mr. pain Robinson snd wore an
old fashioned gown of white taffeta
and short veil with a coronet of
orange blossoms. She carried a bou
quet of gardenias and llltea-of-the-valley.
The maid of honor. Miss
Helen Patton, alitor of the bride, was
dressed In blue taffeta with narrow
. bands of velvet around the skirt and
waist. She wore a pink bouvardlu
garland In her hair and carried an
old faehloned bouquet.
Mr. Maurice Harris attended his
' brother ss best man and ushers were
Kenneth Patton, brother of the bride
. and Jack Barr.
Mrs. C. Norman Gall aang "Through

following their return from their

left Friday for their home In Port
land following a visit tn the city as
guests of Dr. and Mra. Charles W.
Lamery. They arrived here last week
end and Mr, Dreselar, who Is general
manager for the state of Oregon of
the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph
company, went on to San Francisco
early In ths week on a business trip,
returning here on Friday.

crownless hat of the same material
waa trimmed In lavender, matching
her orchid bouquet. William New
hall, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. 8. New
hall of Medford, wss best man.
At the reception at the home of
the Alex Younga the young couple
received In the upper hall. White
flowers were used ss decorations.
Mr. and Mrs. Outhrle motored
south on their honeymoon and on
their return are to live In San Fran
cisco. The bride Is the deughter of Mr.
and Mrs. E. C. Sollnsky of Modesto
and Mr. Outhrle Is the son of Mr.
snd Mrs. E. P. Outhrle of London.
England. Mrs. Outhrle was present
for the ceremony. She was the guest
of Mr. snd Mrs. O. 8. Newhsll here
for a few weeks this mil. leaving
early In October to attend her son's
wedding. She will lesve shortly for
Jamaica, to spend a few months.

parent Thursday evening at 6:30
o'clock. The Rev. Sherman L. Divine,
pastor of the First Presbyterian
church, performed the ceremony
which was attended by members of
the immediate families.
Mr. and Mrs. Reich left later on a
wedding trip to British Columbia
and will make their home In Medford
upon their return.

ceremony at four o'clock In the after
noon, before an Improvised altar
banked with ivy and large baskets
of pink gladioli and blue delphinium.
The bride wore a gown of white
net over white satin with a white
bandeaux of flowers tn her hair.
She carried a shower bouquet of
Talisman roses.
The Misses Bertha and Frances
Arnsplger. sisters of the bride, were
bridesmaids and Miss Bertha Arn
splger wore a blue lace gown and
Miss Frances Arnsplger's gown was of
pink chiffon. Each carried a nose
gay bouquet of roses.
Mr. Alfred Taylor attended his
brother ss best man. Mra. Rawles
Moore played "Lohengrin's Wedding
March" by Wagner and "In an Old
Garden" and "Sweet Lavender" by
McDowell.
Mrs. Taylor Is a graduate of the
Southern Oregon Normal school and
also attended the University of Ore
gon snd Oregon Stste college. Mr.
Taylor attended the University of
Oregon and Southern Oregon Normal.

The fall exhibit of flowers ipon
sored by the Medford Oarden olub at
the Hotel Medford Saturday after
noon and evening proved to be so
successful the show will be held over

Roses, marigolds, alnntss, anemo

ers on display. An especially Inter
estlng and magnificent bloom Is the
fall blooming Iris from the A. W.
Walker home. It Is known ss the
Eleanor Roosevelt and Is a deep
purple.
The beautiful roses exhibited by
Mrs. H. D. McCaskey and those of
Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Walker have at
tracted much attention, as hsve tha
dahlias In mixed colors shown by
Col. W. H. Paine, The dahlias from
the Elliot gardens and the Lester
rose gardens are also attractive fea
tures of the show.

plans for a tea to be given Monday
afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the par
