OME TIME ago a member of our family got
to feeling badly and consulted the family phy
sician. After much questioning, the doctor gave
him this advice:
"Do this and you will feel all right. Eat three
meals a day and above all eat a good breakfast. It's
fine to be temperate with food but you go at it wrong.
When you get up you have been without food for
12 or 14 hours. Skipping or eating too little breakfast
extends the period of insufficient energy renewal to

Everyone likes good hamburger. Men are
especially fond of good sausage and there
