dona, 31. and killed himself In
lawyer's office late yesterday, her

eight-year old Brooklyn girl, Paula
Msgagna, was criminally assaulted
and strangled today In the cellar
of her home a few hours after ens
left her mother to play In the
street.
A tenant found her body, strip
ped of all clothes, flung across A
baby carriage.
A physician said she had been
raped and strangled. He found a
piece of clothes line around her
neok.
Paula, daughter of Flore Magagna,
a tombstone cutter, left the house
at 0:30 a, m. after kissing her moth
er, Mrs. Amelia Magagnt, goodby.
She went down the block a short
dlatanoe and rang the bell of a
friend's house, and was Informed, her
