Upper Rogue Orange met June 17
with good attendance. Reports of Mr.
and Mrs. Axtell, delegates to state
grange, were much appreciated and
enjoyed by the members.
Due .to the lecturer being 111 the
recreation committee held games and
stunts during lecture hour which
was very much enjoyed. The recre
ation committee will hold an eve
ning of fun In conjunction with pic
tures free to the public Thursday
evening. June 24. Everyone Is cord
ially invited.
H. K. club turned over 940 to the
grango and the ways and means
committee did likewise, which help
ed considerably toward the hall. The
ways and means committee will give
another dance at Rogue Elk, June
30.

The Dalles where they attended the
state Orange convention, gave an In

receiving treatment at the Georgia
Foundation was read by Mrs. Lillian
Andrews, secretary.
A lather's day program, prepared
by Frances Moffatt, lecturer, was
enjoyed by the members. Those par
ticipating were Elsie Hoover, Robert
Helvey Don Elliot, Sr., Eugene Now
tin. Charles E. Rose, Louis Upp,
Clarence Tedrick and Frances Mof
fatt. Officers seating drill was practiced
under direction of Bruce Moffatt,
drill master.
Mrs. Bess Elliot, H.E.O. chairman,
and committee, gave a birthday party
following the meeting, for members
having birthdaya during the first
six months of the year. The tables
were attractive with flowers snd
favors.
Dancing was enjoyed by the mem
bers with musio by Lorcna Rose.
