Hi cups milk
teaspoon salt
!i teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon minced parcely
3 mg yolk
cup chopped cooked ham
1-3 cup rfrated cheese
3 egg whites, beaten
Melt butter and add flour. Mix and
add milk. Cook until a thick sauce
forms, stirring constantly, Add sea
sonings and yolks. Beat well. Fold In
the rest ot th Ingredient and pour
Into a buttered baking dish. Bake 30
minute In a moderately slow oven.
Let stand S minute. Carefully un-
mold and surround with creamed
pea.

3 tablespoon flour
t-3 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1-3 cup pineapple Juice

Beat yolk. Add dry Ingredient. Add
remaining Ingredient and cook slow
ly until thick and creamy, stirring
constantly. Cool and unre plain on
fruit salads.
Dutch Rhubarb Pudding
1 Vir cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
14 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon fat
U cup milk
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut In the fat with a knife. Slowly
afd th milk. Spread out th soft
aough until It I half an Inch thick
Carefully plao In a buttered shal
low baking pan and cover with rhu
barb.

9 cup diced peeled rhubarb
4 cup brown ugr
14 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
Mix the lngred. ont and spread on
rhe soft dough. Bake 33 minute in
a moderately slow oven.
