of Ohsrter amendmenta to the people
at said election and making provision
for said election.
Whereas, the City Council has
adopted resolutions providing certain
charter amendment to be referred to
the people, which aald resolutions are
numbered 894 and 395, respectively;
and
Whereas, It Is necessary that a spe
cial election be called to vote on said
amendment and that provisions be
made for the holding of aald election,

day and court of awards at Jackson
Hot Springs, June 3. Swimming was
enjoyed by all until t p. m., after
which each troop competed against
the others In knot-tying and bsndag

At 8 p. m. each troop enjoyed
their own picnic supper and Ice cream
which the Medford council furnished.

kamay" troop. The very enjoyable
day ended with "Tape" and singing
by all the Olrl Scouts. Many of tu
girls' mothers also attended the affair.
