Whereas, the City Council has
adopted resolutions providing certain
charter amendments to be referred to
the people, which said resolutions are
numbered 394 and 395, respectively;
and
Whereas, It Is necessary that a spe
cial election be called to vote on said
amendments and that provisions be
made for the holding of said election,

The City of Medford doth ordain as
