Reinhart and Barker's New Mens Store Opens in Medford Saturday

Nationally advertised and widely
known lines of men's apparel and
furnishings will be featured In Rein
hart and Barker's new store, Includ
ing Timely clothes, Plnfleld clothes,
Knox hats. Arrow inula and W'lson
Brothers furnishings. The complete
stocks will be displayed In a beauti
fully appointed and decorated store.
The fixtures, original and smartly
styled, were designed by Prank Rein
hart and reflect the excellent work
manship of Trowbridge oablnet works,
well known Medford concern.
Trowbridge and Plynn had charge
of the wiring In the new Reinhart
and Barker store and supplied the
harmonious lighting fixtures. The at
tractive linoleum floor covering was
secured from the John Cupp Furni
ture Store of this city and Cupp's
staff supervised the laying. Painting
and decorating were ably handled by
Prank Runtz, well known Medford
painting contractor.
Frank Reinhart, sonlor member of
the new concern, comes to Medford
with a background of 18 years In the
men's wear business, upon hla grad
uation from the University of Ore
gon, Reinhart became a member of
the staff of the Man's Shop of Salem.
After five years with that firm, he
became associated In the ownership
of DeNeffo's, Incorporated, of Eugene
and managed that firm for 10 years.
Mrs. Reinhart and two sons. Bobble, 7
and Dick, 4, have established their
permsnent home In Medford.
William Barker recently married a
prominent Eugene girl, Susan Hurley,
and they are now making their home
In Medford. Mr. Barker was assoc
iated with DeNeffe's, Incorporsted,
while attending the University of
Oregon and Is recognized for his abil
ity In the field of merchandising.

of the Oregonlan, has been appointed
member of the state board of aero
nautics by Governor Martin.
He succeeds Morris H. Jones, Port
land, who resigned.
Webster Jones has been serving as
the board's secretary.
