The application is for 17 cubic feet I
per second of water from Rogue River
to develop 96 5 theoretical horsepower
under a head of w feet. The water
would be diverted from the stream at
a point which bears North 6 degrees
West 12B6 reet from the southeast
comer of Section 34, Township SO
South, Rango 3 East, W. M., and
would be carried In a flume and pipe
line approximately 1300 feet to the
power plant where the water would
be returned to Rogue River, all of the
proposed works being located within
the SE'.4 SEV of said section 34.

the terms of Chapter 07, Oregon Laws
1031. as amended by Chapter 267,
Oregon Laws 1933, and la subject to
protests or remonstrances on behulf
