Perdue. Every lady In the commun

Miss Elaine Rush moved to Medford
Monday where she plana to take a
course at the Medford beauty school.
Mr. Hlnes made a business trip to
Medford Saturday evening.
Chaa. Mulhollen of Medford was a
Sunday visitor at the Edler home.
The groundhog aurely must have
seen his ahadow In this part of the
valley as the ground was white with
snow Tuesday morning.
Mr. and Mrs. Lorls Sims and chil

of Mr. and Mr. John Nelson.

TRAIL, Feb. 6. (Spl.) The two
piaya given at Rogue Elk Monday
night were well attended, over 300
people being present. The playa were
well acted by both casta and showed
a marked degree of training. The
Trail play waa given the honor of
first place by the Judgea and will
play again this evening at the Med
ford high school to try out for the
finals at Corvallla next week. The
directors of the two casts wish to
thank all who helped to make both
playa a success.
