TOKYO, Jn. J4. (AP) Numerous
new frontier Incidents between the
Jspanese-adviMd state or Msnchou
kuo and Soviet-influenced outer
Mongolia, drove the east Asia border
controversy today toward an appar
ent climax.
A Domel (Japanese) news agency
dispatch from Hstnklng. capital of
Mancboukuo, said that the recurring
clashes brought a vigorous protest
from the Manchoukuoan foreign of-'
flc to outer Mongolia considered by t
officials ss a virtual "final warning.
The Hslnklng protest called for
"Immediate and complete withdrawal
of all outer Mongolian troopa from
Manchoukuo territory."
'If the outer Mongolian government
disregards this demand." the note
said, "the Manchoukuoan government
will not be responsible for the conse
quences." (
