District was duly filed in the ollice or
the clerk of the United states Dis
trict Court for the district of Oregon,
stating, among other things, that the
district Is insolvent and unable to
meet Its debts ss they mature; and
that It desires to effect a plan of debt
readjustment whereby Its oonded and
other outstanding Indebtedness will
be reduced and refinanced pursuant
to the provisions of Section 80 of
Chapter IX. of the National Bank
ruptcy 'Act, aa amended, and praying
that the court take such sction under
the Act mentioned as is necessary to
fully effect such debt readjustment.
That the petition of the district and
the proceedings for debt readjust
ment as. set forth therein was ap
proved by the court as properly filed
under the bankruptcy Act and Is now
pending therein. That by order of
the court duly entered in this osuse
a hearing will be held before the
court In the Federal Building, In the
cltv of Portland, state of Oregon, on
December 16th. 1935. at 10 o'clock A.
