against Frederick M. Kincald. rela
tive to his management of the
"Rancheria" property In eastern Jack

Donohue asks for $3133.93 for 60
months and eight days' wages, snd a
decision on the ownership of an auto
upon which he claims he advanced
$500 for purchase.
The plaintiff sets forth that the
accounting can beat be determined
in equity and that during his em
ployment he managed the place and
cleared land, drained swamps, han
dled stock and performed other serv
ices. '
