SECTION 72-L.
Section 1. For the purpose of pro
curing funds to make additions, bet
terments and extensions of the water
system of the City of Medford. the
City Council of said City Is hereby
nuthorlwd and enrpowcred to Issue
the bonds of aald City In a sum of
not to exceed eB0.0OO.00, which aald
bonds shall be known aa "City of
Medford Water Bonds, Series B." The
Council may determine the date or
datea, denomination, maturities, form
and tenor of aald bonds, provided,
however, that such bonds shall bo
serial In character In accordance with
any provisions of law or the charter
of the City of Medford now or which
may hereafter be In effect and shsll
b payable In not to exceed thirty
7 ears from the date of the Issuance
thereof, aald bonda shall be sold at
a price to net not leas than the par
value thereof with accrued Interest
and shall bear Interest at not to ex
ceed 4 per annum, payable semi
annually. Section 9. The debt limitations or

by the Charter of said City or any
amendment thereof limiting or re-

a collision with another car recently
near Ruoh. There were live In the
car but none of them was hurt. The
other car was on the wrong side of
