SAYS WATANABE:
You see when I coming from Japan I doanno
what it is America are all abouts. I been here 10
years now and I still feeling similar. But I think I are
very too happy for keeping my souls upon U. S.
geography. OH! sank you.
Used to be I was in Window Washing prof fesion
also wash baby, remove sickness from dog stom
ach, sweep the behind side of druggery store, and
all sort of catagory in sciences of janitorials. Now
I are in Hollywood working at a personal servant
job and I liking very too much. But I feeling that
I are a servant "By the people at the people in
the people and on the people." And believe it or
never "You can fooling all the people none of the
time and none of the time all the people but you
cannot fooling all the people all, the time all the
people." Thats are what Abraham Lincoln spoke
and I believe ditto.
Happy regrets of the day to you please
FRANK WATANABE
Put down in black and white his whimsical
repartee loses none of its flavor he's just as
ingratiatingly anxious to please, as puzzled
over the intricacies of English, as much the
willing young Japanese houseboy as the Frank
Watanabe that so many have learned to love
and listen for over the air.
Beginning Monday, October 7th, his grin
ning Oh So! will light up the lower right hand
corner of The Mail Tribune's first page, every
evening and his pertinent comments on news of
the day will send you into hysterics of mirth.
